Le produit est exactement comme décrit, il est arrivé compressé, donc je l'ai laissé une journée entière pour qu'il prenne sa forme finale. C'est un excellent produit pour moi, je le recommande vivement car je souffrais de douleurs au cou, il m'a beaucoup aidé à améliorer cette zone, la douleur au cou a disparu et je dors très bien.
